There is a cost of 4750 NOK for vitrification (quick freezing) of any surplus embryos. This means that you only pay for freezing embryos if you have any left over.

If there is a total freeze and no reset, you will get the reset in a new freeze attempt later and for this you only pay 7500,- (regular price is 19.000,-).

For in vitro fertilization with ICSI on thawed eggs, there is an additional cost of 19.000 (FER) for embryo transfer.

This treatment method requires that in vitro fertilization has first been carried out, where good surplus embryos have been frozen. This eliminates the process of egg retrieval stimulation.

The price for egg donation includes:

• Freezing the man's sperm.
• All the work and costs of matching, recruitment, donor stimulation and fertilization of a certain number of eggs.
• Two high-quality blastocysts*
• Transfer of one thawed embryo (any transfer of the second embryo is done according to the price for the freeze-thaw cycle).
• Blastocyst guarantee: if no blastocysts are obtained, you pay nothing for the second installment and get another try.
• The first installment of 20,000 NOK is paid upon signing the contract, which covers the costs of any interrupted process.

Any additional costs:

• *The price of 130,000,- is based on the fact that one tries to obtain 2 high-quality blastocysts (fertilized eggs, day 5). If there are either fewer or more embryos than the initially allocated eggs, there will be either a reduction or increase in the price. For example, if there is only one fertilized egg, the price is reduced to 105,000,-. If there are 3 or more fertilized eggs, the price is 152,500,-
• In the event of severely reduced sperm quality, or in the event of a non-obstructive TESE, an additional charge of NOK 12 may apply as a result of multiple eggs being removed during the treatment. In the event of interruption, this cost is additional.

The price for partner donation includes egg retrieval from the egg donating partner, IVF treatment and embryo transfer in the partner receiving the egg donation. A gynecological checkup involves an examination of the uterus, ovaries and other organs in the pelvis. In addition, you will receive a vaginal ultrasound examination to get a good picture of the uterus and ovaries. If necessary, relevant bacterial or chlamydia samples will also be taken.

During a Pap test, the gynecologist takes a swab sample of the inside of the cervix and the outside of the cervical canal. In one hour for the NIPT test, an ultrasound examination will be performed where the heart activity, number of fetuses and gestational age will be checked.
