Hi! My husband (29 years old) and I have been undergoing IVF treatment since March 29 and have had three retrievals. We have retrieved eggs in all three attempts, 2020, 7 and 4 respectively, but never conceived because the eggs did not develop into a blastocyst. The last two attempts used ICSI.

In attempt no. 2 we were informed on day 4 that nothing had come of it, for the other two attempts we were informed on day 3.

Relevant background information:
Before the investigation in March 2020, we had been actively trying for a year ourselves, in April 2019 I had an xu where the left fallopian tube was removed. In November 2019 I had a miscarriage in week 5. My husband's tests are completely fine.

We are unsure of the way forward now, and would therefore like to hear from another clinic what you think about our situation and possible further progress. We are also considering egg donation as an alternative to IVF if this gives us a much greater likelihood of success, but would like a recommendation/advice as we find it a difficult decision to make for ourselves without a medical background. Can you take a look at the test results below and give us a little hint on what you think we should do?

I have a Mirena IUD. I just had tests to see if I still have a chance of getting pregnant. I am 42 years old. Can the IUD affect the results of my AMH, FSH, LH and estrogen tests? I am waiting for the results of my blood tests. I will have the IUD removed in 1 week to try to get pregnant.

  For most people, hormonal IUDs do not inhibit ovulation and therefore do not inhibit cycle-related hormones. For some, it can still be difficult to know where they are in their cycle as many do not have bleeding while using the IUD.
