Øystein Sørdal, PhD
Øystein Sørdal is medically responsible for Medicus' stomach and intestine departmentDr. Sørdal has medical education from the Royal College of suckers in Ireland as well as from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Harvard Medical School). He has a doctorate from NTNU and defended his thesis in 2012 on neuroendocrine conditions in the stomach. Sørdal has worked with endoscopy for more than ten years and several years as Senior consultant at St. Olav's Hospital. He started Medicus's endoscopy department in 2020, and has since 2021 worked full time at Physician.
Reidar Fossmark, PhD
Reidar Fossmark is a highly experienced gastroenterologist and professor with an impressive academic background. Dr. Fossmark has specialreal interest in advanced endoscopic and works daily at Ullevål University Hospital and has a professorshipsorat at NTNU. Dr. Fossmark is a national figure in the fieldfield and is engaged in several clinical and academic positions.
Peter Lefstad Dalsbo
Peter Lefstad Dalsbø is a specialist in internal medicine and digestive diseases. Through his many years as a gastroenterologist, he has broad and extensive experience in advanced endoscopy. Peter has previously worked as a consultant at the gastroenterology department at St. Olavs Hospital, and in addition has many years of experience from Kristiansund Hospital.

Rune Aarsbog
Rune Aarsbog is the head of the nursing team and is a trained clinical specialist in gastroenterology nursing. Rune has over 20 years of experience with patients and procedures in the field, and has been involved in building the endoscopy department at Medicus from the start in 2020.
