Help with ovulation

We have extensive experience in helping with ovulation problems. In the absence of egg development or ovulation, we normally make our examinations through a customized fertilitycheck. This includes blood tests to map out the womans hormone profile, and since you propably don‘t have a regular cycle, the test can be taken at any time.

We will check your hormones (such as FHS, LH, prolactin, estradiol, TSH, FT4, testosterone, SHBG, DHEA, AMH and andostendione). This will often reveal what possibly could be wrong, and what we can something about. We normally do this together with a more complete fertilitycheck where we also examine the male‘s sperm quality and the woman‘s fallopian tubes function.

If we find that there are problems with ovulation, we‘ll try a simple pill treatment. A treatment series consists of three treatment cycles. The purpose of the treatment is to find which dosage of the medicine the woman needs, in order to gain egg development and ovulation. If we don‘t find that there has been any egg development and ovulation on the lowest dosage, the dose will be increased in the next cycle. The blod test to show if there has been any egg development and/or ovulation is taken on the 20. cycle day. After 3-4 days you will call us to find out if the dose you were using was right for you. If more pills or blood test are needed this will be given afterwards.
