Gynecological Health Check-up
At a gynecological health check-up we will be able to uncover the causes of pain and ailments, or in most cases, confirm that everything is normal.
The health check-up consists of
- Gynecological Examination: The gynecologist does a gynecological examination to uncover signs of disease or alterations, and to examine the uterus, ovary and other organs of the pelvis.
- Vaginal Ultrasound Examination: Using modern ultrasonic equipment we get good pictures of the uterus and ovary.
- Relevant Sampling: Sometimes we take cell, bacteria or chlamydia samples. At other times, it may be necessary to take hormone or blood tests to uncover or disprove disease or imbalance in the hormone system.
