Technical tips and advice for a good conversation

  • Log in from a place where you can talk privately and in peace. Feel free to use headphones.
  • Use a mobile phone, tablet or PC with a camera.
  • Make sure you have good network coverage.
  • Start logging in well in advance, 5–10 minutes before the call is due to start.
  • Before the consultation, you must enter your payment information. The amount will not be deducted until the call is over.
  • If you or the therapist you are going to talk to have problems connecting, he or she will quickly call you back instead.
  • Incoming calls on your phone will override the video meeting. When you end the incoming call, you will automatically reconnect to the video meeting.
  • The meeting will not be interrupted even if the allotted time is up. You or the therapist must actively choose to end the meeting.
