Synne Hardeland Ihle

I work as an assessment coordinator and fertility coach at the clinic in Oslo. I am a registered nurse with further education in sexology and have previous experience in psychiatry. 

As an assessment coordinator, I follow up with patients throughout the assessment process – whether you are new to treatment or have been treated or assessed elsewhere previously. I also offer conversations with couples and singles before, during and after treatment as a fertility coach. You can use the conversation service without being a patient at Medicus, and I accept patients both at the clinic in Oslo and from all over the country digitally.

The most important thing I do in my job is to meet patients where they are. I see myself as a confident and welcoming person, and I put the patient's experience at the center.
